Airside Safety
Airside is acknowledged as a dangerous place to work. Aircraft, the specialist vehicles,
refuelling tankers and all the activities associated with servicing, maintenance
and catering, can create serious hazards for the unwary, untrained or complacent.
This course highlights the potential dangers working airside; identifies ways to reduce the risks and covers in detail vehicle safety, safety around aircraft, the effects of adverse weather and airport signage
It is appropriate for all employees, contractors and visitors who are new to working airside.
